Building the Muscle Needed for Locomotion

There's aspects of this that i think are pretty funny. When people see people using it, immediately, there's a nejerk reaction to me like that's absolute falking. It's how we build the muscle necessary to then get on our feet and walk. Not every one can afford to spend five to seven hours a week in the gim, but some people can. Those thingsike can open up for some people the ability to fire certain muscle groups that they've been having problems firing.
