Is Freelancing a Conflict of Interest?

All of my freelance jobs were via Twitter DMS. And then this job I applied for just on their website. It's great to be busy and to have to turn to say no, you know. Well, because I'm a journalist in Web3, it's a conflict of interest. So I can't do my Web3 freelancing right now. Oh, because they kind of own the rights to you right now, in a way. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Gotcha.
