Having structure and being really well prepared, that is a weak spot for me. When I'm facilitated by myself, I probably over-prepared because I think I've got this little part of me saying, you know, you don't prepare. My biggest challenge is still conflict and it's not conflict in a group. It's when I know I'm going into a space, which has the conflict. So that's actually my biggest challenge is managing myself beforehand. And I've spent years working on it and I'm still not there. Damn it.
