Mindy Morgenstern was her childhood best friend. She had a Dementia's apartment in Valley City, North Dakota. Her sister Ashley Wallace got the dreadful news late at night. It was just like somebody took a spear and just put it right through me. Why would somebody want to hurt Mindy? This little apartment building was turning into a major crime scene.
