How to Listen to Talents Come to Life in Your Call

When you're working with a Strengths coach, it's important to keep the person in mind. You need to be clear about all the patterns of thought-filling behavior that live in each one of those talent themes. The other thing that I do is pull out theme insight cards and pull out their top five or top 10. It's really thinking through all those pieces. And then finally, if I've got it, I read the Strengths Insight Report after I've done the standard definitions.
