You Don't Control the Perception of How Someone Takes It

Sira Cauldwell: I love all of it. It's even when you said like that, what doy now, do agree with this? It was hard to say no. And so i'm in this pattern of saying yes all the time. And it actually gets easier, cause you just reaffirm it every time. Curistics like creating mental shortcuts are really important. Prebping people to feel comfortable is really key. The biggest one, though, for people at the end of this call, mark, is there alwys fearful of coming off too aggressive.
