Jurors Able to Determine if Michel's Injuries Had Been Inflicted Before or After Her Death
Doctor pollinon told the jury that michel had a severely injured right arm, which was consistent with self defence. A forensic toxicologist said there were no illegal drugs found in michel's body - but they weren't used very recently or frequently. The doctor said he couldn't determine the sequence of when the bullets entered her first or how far away the shots came from. Some bullet fragments were still in the brain.
