A c a p held festivals and disseminated vidios of people having a good time in its johadest enclave. This kind of youth outreach nurtures the next generation of angry young men for potential recruitment. One way in which jahadists could boost their work force at a time when they are under severe pressure is by mobilizing women from a jehadis perspecive. Women have not been encouraged to take on active combat rolls, with the exception of suicide bombing since it does not compromise female honor through mixing with men on the front lines.
