The gated part of this has to do with the trigger for the c t and being able to catch the heart in a particular cycle, or a particular part of the cardiac cycle. This is one of the first prospective stadies on this topic. It took us like a total of six minute extension of the entire c t prodigal to include a prospective gaded c t of the heart. In essence, it didn't delay start of troolises.
