What's the Most Important Thing in Data Product Management?

i've studied this space so long that the wide angle lens is so just ingraned. And how i think that it's almost like just constantly running in the background for me. I mean, the most important thing is understanding what the customer needs and spending a lot of time talking to different users of the product. Just really understanding the voice of the customer is a most important thing. And then keeping a really high bar in delivering on that vision.
