Researchers asked volunteers to spend 10 or 30 minutes doing something kind for another person. The people who did something for someone else reported feeling like they had more time. In terms of how people spent time on theirselves, ias all these ful things, too. It was people pampering themselves, taking a bubble bath and you relaxing on the couch.
