Is There a Physical Relationship Already?

I tend to assume here that there's already a physical relationship we can't know for sure. But it's hard for me to imagine a woman being so bold in this period as to do that when there's no physical relationship already. It is kind of like people talk about it like a sexed, right? Or people say it's like a breast selfie. And yeah, I mean, even today, that would be a bold thing for a woman to do.
