Kimberly Wade-Benzoni is Professor of Management and Organizations at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Her work attempts to elicit more generous, wide-ranging legacies than passing wealth or security to our kin. She says people don't naturally automatically sit down and spend a few minutes thinking about their legacy. But encouragingly, Kim's research suggests that we can disrupt this cycle.
