Is the American Bar Association a Monopoly?

Law students are now required to learn about their duty to, quote, eliminate rac ism. The american bar association sets accreditation requirements for most every law school in the united states. It's a monopoly and if you don't follow its rules, you'll lose your accreditation. Law schools really have to do what they say.
