Are You Making Mistakes When You're Moving at Such a Tempo?
Leadership is knowing what speed you should be moving at, depending on the problem. People in my team work very hard, and when we're movint very fast, they're going to make some mistakes. So accept that mistake's going to be made, and then put some actions in place to protect the business and the individual. What yu shouldn't be doing, i think, is venting your frustration on somebody who's maybe made a mistake while you're moving at such a pace. That's getting back to the eighties really, and anthing that's destructive.
