When we first made that decision, a number of our best selling authors were nervous. But then, you know, and it was, or as one of them put it to me, when my royalty checks doubled overnight,. I was like, well, keep it going. You clearly know what you're doing. Money talks. Right? Well, it shows that we didn't know it, but we were really we meant to maintain we didn't mean to grow. We just thought this would be a more streamlined workflow. And it was, but that also obviously gave us the opportunity to have more people hours to do more things.
