Lidicane - The First Line Therapy?
Lidicane is a class one b anti rhythmic. It also blocks the sodium channel. Ladi cane is like a more benign agent that's going to speed up deporzation and potentially may help kind of resynchronize the heart here. The evidentary basis for lido is not nearly as rebust as bicarb, but i think it's pretty reasonable.
