Are You Using the Right Metrics?

The way that we do it right now is essentially, we ween somebody's in a cohort. We are measuring a coarse engagement but qualitatively, we're doing multiple levels. The true test is six months afterwards when you go and have the conversations about what things did you apply from reforge? What problems di they help solve for you? And what type of value did that create for you or for your company? Those are like super concrete, specific, specific things. I think it's just different for everybody. So it's not like we can ask one question on the scale of one to tend and come out with great, great management,. Or bench mark everybody equally against each other.
