Labeling - I Shouldn't Do This or I'm a Loser?
When it's, I'm a failure, it's depression. If I screw up at my talk, I'll be a failure. And then people will look down on me and they'll see that I'm a loser. So you go from self-blame to other blame, from labeling yourself to labeling other people. There are different kinds of traps, but they're both traps. It's very popular to label other people politically and personally.
