The Importance of Listening to Yourself

"I felt like an outsider making my home somewhere that wasn't really mine," Dickey says. "When you're a freshman in high school, that's a big deal." He moved to Massachusetts after spending most of his childhood in the Los Angeles area. In college he decided to be a political science major and lived in professors' offices during their hours.
