The Importance of Representing Yourself
In real life, sometimes it's a lot more stressful. So instead of watching on TV, you can just watch it in real life. I definitely represent myself as a buyer. But on the selling side, I probably wouldn't represent myself just because it's a homeowner. You kind of get that emotional attachment to your home where if you put in work to it, you might think your home is worth more than it actually is.
