The Daily Messenger - Charles Haling
Journalist for the daily messenger plays colly kibber. He leaves cards round and if you find one, you can trade it in for money. There's also a photo of what he looks like in the paper. If you walk up to him with a copy of the paper in hand and say 'I claim the daily messenger prize' then he gives you a big cash prize. Your prize is a tiny red bull, same as everyone elsesprize.
