How Do We Change in the Absence of a Crisis?

In a crisis, people leap into action and do things they couldn't do otherwise. We've proven this now of great feats of bravery and greatness if we had to. But the question we're asking today is how do we change in the absence of a crisis? So we don't end up like this guy here at the end who wants to plow with Jesus, but does so looking back. That's a way of him guiding us in his plan for our lives.
