Is Social Media Harmful for Girls?

I feel fortunate that I'm an older member of Gen Z that wasn't really like when I was 12, I was on Twitter. When you zoom in on social media for girls between 11 and 13, it's much, much larger. The point is girls go through puberty first around 11 to 13. That's the age when they're most damaged by this.
