When I wrote the PE diet, I was coming at it from a low carb focus where let's face it energy density is not that important. But when you branch out from that, okay, now energy density is actually a big deal. The third pillar is fiber, you know, number of grams of fiber per 1000 calories. And then of course, this is the elephant in the room: pedonics. This just blows everything else out of the water. You can overpower all these other factors with pure hedonics. That's why when I go to a Mexican restaurant and there's tortilla chips in front of me, I'm literally going to eat my body wave. No matter what
