I Receive Eucharist. I Have a Moral Assured of My Salvation
The council of Trent never said one cannot have a moral assurance about salvation. The speculative intellect, which is what knows things in themselves, tends to get weakened or at least not distinguished enough from the practical intellect. And so you end up having arguments in Calvinist theology from the, from thepractical intellect or moral arguments but not enough kind of speculative thought. For them and for Catholics, you're going to say, no, I can't know for certain unless there's some kind of infallible proof.
