The Constitution of Sant Tiago

A constitutional convention is taking place in the old national congress building. A series of social rihtes were adopted into the cons into the text of the new constitution. These rights included, among other things, the right to unionization and strike. An exit vote on september 4th will decide whether not to adopt a new constitution.
