Dr David Petrino is an assistant professor of rehabilitation and human performance at Icken School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He says the key to success with a running watch are actually any sort of wearable tech device that's there to monitor, optimise, improve your health. But using sense based technology isn't always limited to wearable watches - it stretches all the way to brain implants. And as far fetches brain implants may sound, they are being trialled. They're being used for people whose lives are being affected by a whole host of medical conditions which limit their interaction with the world around them.
