How Do You Compare Your Podcast With Other Podcasts?

I'm actually not a huge podcast listener myself. I find it hard to build the habit of listening to a podcast which I know a lot of people do. Have you ever compared your podcast with other podcasts or have you any idols that you are looking up? That's a good question actually. Yeah sure I mean this is actually a great question and the funny answer or I don't know if it's funny but it's definitely somebody on my radar.
