"When you've grown your audience and your demand,. that is now greater than the supply you have, that's the best time to go into group," she adds.Kelly: I never make the decision based on how long I've been one-On-One coaching. They get to decide and there's no judgment about it, but you've got to be able to show them that that's what's happening.
