Turkey is one of the major exporters to Europe. This year we've seen more import coming from Asia, from India. We have seen some Middle Eastern mills trying to offer quite steel with premium claiming to have wall city too. But as expected that Turkey would try to benefit from existing electric arc furnaces which naturally means that they have wall emissions.
