Lindsay: My experience of my friends who went to school having time to play and have fun together it was very much a no we go to this place and we have a bond over our shared misery. She says in US schools budgets are just astronomically big but they're just like constantly going by random capital improvement projects. In Uruguay the budget is so small in this tiny rural school the parents cut the grass and like fixed stuff at the school, she says. "It's like hyper accountability like do not waste."
