Is Your Workout Routine a Time Table?

In a couple of cases, like in my dead lifting, it was just a little bit harder. When you have a good routine and your body is used to the amount of stress that you are regularly subjecting it to, youre not spiking it like i did last week end. But there are going to be times when your body just doesn't do what it normally does, and when you will be better off giving it another day, or maybe another two days, to recover before you press on.
