The Role of the Administrator in Real Estate

In Texas, the requirements to be an administrator is literally FAM, fog a mirror, B18, have a GED like it is lame. California has much higher restrictions and requirements. If you are your own administrator, you lose your license, you can't run the facility. So I do not suggest that anyone become the administrator. I always suggest you pay someone to do that. Put them in there because exactly that, if they're not the right fit, you fire them and you get a new one.

Assisted living investing isn't your typical type of rental property investing.
