Steven Summers: Most of us believe all sorts of things that we didn't arrive at through evidence and rationality. He says intelligent people are really good at rationalizing beliefs that they hold for non-intelligent reasons. The CIA has been up to in the 50s, 60s and 70s, you know, MK Ultra, dosing US citizens with LSD and other mind control drugs because we didn’t want to fall behind the Russians in the Chinese and the North Koreans in mind control technology.
