Justin Herbert Is Better Than Joe Burrow in the NFL

Joe Burrow had the highest PFF passing grade against the blitz last year. He brought his time to throw down below 2.5 seconds last year. With the exception of Mahomes at number one, it'd be very hard for me to see him not ending up at number one.
