Trex: If you are consistent with your training and training relatively hard for 10, 15 years, you're going to get pretty big. So do less of the powerlifting training if you just really like heavy strength focus training. You're probably going to put on muscle a little bit slower than you would if you did more focused hypertrophy work. All right. There's a lot of bulking discussion on recent shows, most of it focused on the size of the caloric surplus. How often is common? Is there a ceiling where it's no longer effective in terms of strength or even harmful over a given time period?
