I think that there are definitely I think three key problems that face the PS5 Pro in terms of marketing. If you're looking at targeting higher resolutions the PS5 is already targeting 4K displays and does a reasonably creditable job of doing that. You get really really good image quality but as you say the further you are from the screen there's sort of diminishing returns on it. And yeah I'd be really interested to see what a quote unquote performance mode for 8K resolution looks like. Because yeah I just think it's far more pertinent to the user to actually have a decent 4K experience.
