Stress is so important for mental and physical health, it's amazing to me. And camping is a great way to do that. The wind or rain in h trees also means you're not in a building. You've probably been outside. All of those things make for a very pleasant association of that noise. It's almost like a natural lullaby, getting unplugged from work.
