How Do You Start Your Day?
Sometimes the worst of leadership is when pressures are coming from above. All behavior has a consequence good or bad, so don't freak out if you're not used to it. Ben Franklin's two questions that he bookended his day were: What good in the world do I want to do today? Start with reflection, meditation. It could literally be five minutes. A simple page in a reflective, meditative book. Thinking about the good you want to put in the world today. And then at the end of the day, reflect back on whatgood in the world have I done today.
