Downtown and modern America like is that ever going to be the same again. That's a tough like pretty long term question for America in general. But you know we've been talking a lot about the things that are going to impact folks in Q4. Excess savings are going to come down because of student loan repayments, credit card balances growing at historically high interest rates. Like there's going to be a lot of things in Q4 that we need to kind of see happen and that will wildly drive weakness.
