How to Fit Isometric Training in a Wider Program
Isometric training is a form of potentiation, in effect. Can they use like a small amount of these elements in their pre-training preparation before they go in out? Because they're prime in the nervous system without the energetic cost that would be of maybe heavy, heavy slow resistance training. Then obviously when they're doing their strength programming, where does that fit in with their, I'd say high speed running exposure in the week and the game model of the coach? So it's planning around like, again, communication with what's the bigger global program because obviously Alex, maybe, the amount of training stress that these players go through on an elite level is huge.
