Why I Don't Buy Resources

BHP Billiton is up a bit since I bought it, but I've never recommended to our members because I didn't have sufficient certainty or comfort. If you can find the lowest cost producer, excuse me, there might be a subset of resource companies that are worth buying for example. It's just like the spread of returns are so skewed towards the negative and even when you get the inevitable multi-bagger, it doesn't mean it's a good bet.
