The Foundations of Working Memory

When you become good at things, what you need to do is collect together into a single larger idea like a story and a story comes with many parts. But eventually you can just think of the whole story together as one thing. This also relates to another thing which is the limitations of working memory. So if you really ingrained the things that you need over and over again, or these that's these principles, then they don't need to be so much takes up such a large part of your conscious awareness. And they automatically come to the fore when you need them because they're part of subconscious thoughts,. They're part of automatically the way you think there's a big element here of automaticity
