Is Unlimited Time Off Good or Bad?
There's this thing in the United States where if you don't accrue PTO like a normal, like you get a certain number of hours per pay period, then the company doesn't have to pay you back for unused time when you leave. I don't think that companies are like being that nefarious about this. It's more of they want to just not have to worry about it. But the problem there is then you need to make sure you use it. And so if you were going and not using your PTO, I guess what were the reasons why you didn't do it? If you technically had it, the whole team had it, but then no one was
