Is It Better to Be in an EDP?

It feels to me like they're going much more in the direction of compliance rather than enforcement because their imposing this discretion but do you think that can work? No, I think it's true that it's more about compliance and enforcement. If there is more ownership, if they believe that the rules are better, they will comply more easily. Finally entering an EDP could be like an atomic event in the sense that if markets understand that you will be in an EDP then it could be problematic for countries and countries quite quickly.
