I Like Relationalism Because It's Not Dualistic

In order for a relationship to thrive, both constituents which I call relata in that relationship have to thrive. And so of course humans have to thrive by participating in ecological conservation or restoration efforts and the biodiverse entities that we work to conserve also have to thriving. That's why I like relationalism because it's not dualistic. Instead it places the value in this sort of unseen Michael Risel network of causal energy flows really the space between trees and mushrooms and fungi. In that sense it's a distributed value theory and it's one that tracks with the Norwegian philosopher Arnie Ness calls the biotic web in which we all find ourselves embedded it.
