There's been a lot of conventional wisdom, it's like alreay, rapidly shifting around. From 20 13 to 20 20, according to some poles, trump increased his percentage of the hispanic vote by ten points. On the face of it, that seems counter intuitive ad crazy. What's happening? Ah, there's so much to say. And i've been talking about this now for two years, and i'm still trying to wrap my head around it.
