Hattoway: It's interesting, when you think about across your career, you see in the evolution of the integration of data and analytics into our decision making. So that's one kind of tension that it sounds like as is starting to get resolved. But i think about this other type of tension, which is between the kind of external pressures,. but then i guess in some organizations, that would also include the owner e possiblir. And if doesn't work out, there's just a lot of, there's a lot of career risk that goes along with that.
