The Importance of Purifying Your Motivation
I think it's some of the same pitfalls that we discussed earlier. People gravitate towards the fame or game, rather than service. And so when we look at this field and there's a lot of people in the field, you have to really check your ego at the door,. So that your motivation is pure. I see individuals getting burned out because they're not doing it all on their own. There's actually a silent partner that is seeking to operate through you. That silent partner will also bring others to be on your team.
